Cliqly Support Review:
Cliqly Support quite possibly has the WORST support I have ever experienced from any company. Cliqly just flat out ignores their customers and NEVER addresses issues of concern.
Each week, Cliqly’s President, Bobby Jones says to use the ticket system and that they are answering all tickets. Listed below are just my recent ticket submissions and status of a reply. I will keep adding and tracking and updating if I ever get responses. There really is no excuse for how bad customer support is.
*The only Category I get a response from is the credit category, when I ask for the free openers that come with a package. They will not acknowledge any other question if you ask.
Below I have listed EVERY ticket I have submitted with a date and current response status:

STATUS: WAITING – I did get an Auto-reply saying they would respond within 24-48 hours

*On the Weekly Zoom Call, Bobby asked people to use the ticket system to submit a ticket, with the subject line 5,229,345, to receive 100K free list building credits. I did it to prove that tickets don’t work. I did get 100K LB, but realized later that was give to EVERYONE automatically, regardless of sending a ticket or not.
